All returns must be initiated within 7 days of receipt. Items must be unused and returned in original packaging. We do not accept returns on opened or installed product.
To initiate a return, contact us with your order number and reason for return. Approved returns will receive instructions for shipping. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, less original shipping costs.
If your product arrived damaged during shipping, we will cover return shipping costs. Proof of damage is required and must be submitted at the time the return is initiated.
