VanKlamps are made to order. We practice lean manufacturing—your order is built when you place it, not sitting in a warehouse. Please allow 7 business days from the date of your order for shipment. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, 8am to 6pm EST. Orders placed after 6pm EST or over the weekend will begin processing the following business day.
We ship within the continental United States through UPS and FedEx. If you have questions about your order or shipping status, contact us.
All returns must be initiated within 7 days of receipt. Items must be unused and returned in original packaging. We do not accept returns on opened or installed product.
To initiate a return, contact us with your order number and reason for return. Approved returns will receive instructions for shipping. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, less original shipping costs.
If your product arrived damaged during shipping, we will cover return shipping costs. Proof of damage is required and must be submitted at the time the return is initiated.
